Servers Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Bellinis Ristorante is currently seeking qualified candidates for our full time Server's Assistant position in our fine dining restaurant.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred. Must be available for a mix of both lunch and dinner shifts, as well as weekend availability.
We are looking for highly motivated, trustworthy, energetic and eager learners.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as the arrive at tables.
• Providing guests with a first round of water and answering any initial questions.
• Running hot food to tables.
• Assisting the service staff in pre-bussing and resetting tables throughout service.
• Setting the dining rooms for success pre-service and post service.
• Assisting the service staff in any additional needs throughout service.
• Providing great customer service.

Skills

• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• 18 years or older
• Restaurant front of house skills: running food
• Restaurant front of house skills: bussing tables
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fine dining
• Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
