The Opportunity 

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal Office Coordinator to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and on-boarding tasks. Responsibilities 
  • Assist the team with the training and development of Delaware North associates.
  • Maintain training records (schedules, attendance sheets, etc.) and provide reports on activities as needed.
  • Support the property and General Manager with handling administrative tasks and act as receptionist.
  • Help associates with their on-boarding and new hire paperwork as needed
  • Issue associate uniforms and facilitate orientation.
  • Escalate HR issues to the proper person and team.
  • Complete essential administration tasks; answering emails, phone calls, and filing.
  • All other duties assigned.
Qualifications 
  • Experience as a training administrator or similar role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Physical Requirements 
  • Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs.
