This position is located at our Gorsuch Distribution Center in Avon (Eagle-Vail), CO.
Our Ecommerce business is part of our success. As the E-commerce Reverse Logistics Manager you will be responsible for managing the return of products from customers to the distribution center and/or store. They will be responsible for the complete reverse logistics cycle – from the time the customer initiates a return through our portal, receives a refund, until the items are restocked to inventory or reprocessed into our system.
General Duties of the E-commerce Reverse Logistics Manager are:
Expedite the processing of customer returns and direct a team trained for receiving and inspecting returns to access anything that may affect the merchandise resale value.
Focus on customer product returns and claims to determine if a refund or exchange is to be done and complete this process.
Positively Impact customer satisfaction and loyalty while maintaining the financial performance of the merchandise.
Organize and prioritize daily workflow to ensure the correct merchandise and products are delivered to the correct locations/stores in a timely manner.
Coordinate and communicate with the customer care, order fulfillment and distribution center teams to ensure returns are handled efficiently.
Will provide customer support, monitor inventory to maintain its integrity, and scan merchandise into the Warehouse Management System so it can be restocked.
What the E-commerce Reverse Logistics Manager will need to be a great candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in management, logistics or a similar field required.
Proficiency with general navigation of computer applications preferred.
Experience in the Retail sector preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
Experience with order management and warehouse management systems and possess strong customer-service skills preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
