Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities focus on gaining new business with hospitals, clinics, etc.
• Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Develop sales leads utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Perform other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience - must include minimum 1 year Locum sales experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
