Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities focus on gaining new business with hospitals, clinics, etc.
- Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Develop sales leads utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Perform other tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience - must include minimum 1 year Locum sales experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
