- Perform general departmental administrative tasks as required by team
- Moderate guidance in auditing certificates of insurance and endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to our client's contract requirements
- Under direct guidance, provide detailed and accurate reviews
- Under direct guidance, answering client inquiries about compliance matters
- Interact professionally and timely with clients via email and phone
- Ensuring accurate tracking of communications
- Beginner understanding of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation and other business policies
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate skill with MS Office products preferred/required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong level of comfort with learning and utilizing computer software programs (MYCOI and TrustLayer)

In addition to our robust benefits package, the hiring range for this position is $40,000 - $61,000. While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
