Job Title:        Customer Service Receptionist
 
Job Summary:
Greets all C.N. Brown visitors at the South Paris Office, answers and directs all incoming telephone calls via the Switchboard.
 
Job Duties:
1.      Answer all direct incoming calls in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction.
2.      Greets and directs all visitors at the C.N. Brown South Paris complex.
3.      Maintains daily attendance log of staff, Territory Manager, etc.
4.      Responsible for following the Main Office Secure Building procedures.
5.      Views Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports on heating oil trucks, alerts Brandy Clukey of issues.
6.      Maintains and tracks the Heating Oil truck location list.
7.      Maintains log of spare pool vehicles availability and schedules maintenance.
8.      Maintains updated locations list and provides to Management as needed.
9.      Checks Job Hotline and Big Apple bathroom survey line as needed.
10.  Checks in and monitors UPS and FedEx deliveries.
 
Additional Responsibilities:
1.      Works on various projects as requested.
2.      Performs various clerical duties as requested.
