Warehouse Dispatcher 1st Shift - Full-time

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting NOW HIRING for a Warehouse Dispatch!

Pay: $17.50

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Summary:

Verify and keep records, via AS400, Mainframe, and Open Dock, on incoming and outgoing shipments and control facility access 24/7 by performing the following duties.

Position Description:

1. Verify inbound/outbound calls, trailer seals, and packing lists.
2. Verify appointments of all inbound shipments.
3. Make packaging lists for all outbound shipments.
4. Make copies of all flagged “incorrect platforms” on outbound loads and give them to the office manager.
5. Maintain inbound access of employees, carriers, vendors, contractors, and visitors 24/7.
6. Check all outbound vehicles, employees, and visitors, to maintain the facility’s security integrity.
7. Complete a daily and weekly equipment/supply checklist for each Shift.

Position Requirements:

1. Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft
2. Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
3. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
