National Account Specialist

We are seeking a Corporate Account Specialist to join our growing team! This role supports our Corporate Accounts Team in achieving strategic goals and initiatives. This role assists with putting together business reviews, onboarding new corporate customers, processing recurring customer reports, and working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments.

Responsibilities:

• Compile data for customer business reviews, rebates, price adjustments, and catalogs
• Customer onboarding by ensuring required documentation has been submitted and on file, complete system up and project management software; process price file audit for price parity and contract compliance; coordinate location validation; and attend all necessary internal onboarding meetings.
• Process all assigned recurring reports.
• Analyze data to make recommendations for ad hoc reports and audits.
• Ability to think through roadblocks as they come up and make useful and insightful insights into the data.
• Execute interdepartmental requests submitted through the shared inbox and respond in a timely manner.
• Manage low-profile corporate customers by working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments and rebates.
• Complete analysis for price file uploads to prevent loading low profit pricing.
• Assist with researching, verifying, and releasing order holds for low profit and price discrepancy flags when CA Associate is not available.

• Intermediate to advanced experience with the MS office suite of computer programs especially MS Excel, and including MS word MS Outlook, and other software.

 Work Experience

•  1-3 years corporate office experience required. 

 Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations 

• High School Diploma or equivalent

 Specific Skills 

• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office software/applications
