  • Estimated annual base pay: $203,000 (minimum) - $253,000 (midpoint) - $303,000 (maximum)

*Long-term incentive compensation in the form of equity

In this role, you would be the Industrial Business Group global champion for Quality business processes and be responsible for the development and implementation of global quality systems which support top level objectives. The position has multi-site responsibility and involves heavy collaboration with other Vice Presidents Quality to ensure overall Woodward alignment of quality strategy, philosophy, systems, and business practices.

What You Will Be Doing

*Establish and execute strategic quality plan to meet business objectives and customer expectations.

  • Develop effective Quality Management System (QMS) in support of the overall Woodward Quality Policy
  • Represent the Industrial business group and Woodward to customers and potential customers regarding our QMS and strategies to meet/exceed customer expectations.

What We Are Looking For...

*Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline required; or relevant professional qualification (outside the US)

*Having a Master's in Human Resources or an MBA is desired

*Minimum 7 years progressively responsible Human Resources experience, including 3 years in a leadership role

*Experience in managing multi-site or remote teams is preferred, and international exposure and experience would be a valuable asset.
