Hudsons Autos is looking for digital-minded receptionists who embrace social media, enjoy a fast-paced environment and talking about cars, while creating a customized experience for each and every customer. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer calls and emails
- Manage Calendars
- Create marketing ads and social media posts
- Maintain High Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain accurate office documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Post vehicles on dealership’s social media and selling platforms
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous office experience a plus (any industry)
· Neat, clean, and professional appearance
· Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
· Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
· Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
· Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
· Basic computer and internet skills
· Valid driver’s license and able to pass pre-employment drug test
