Quality Assurance Manager – Federal Contractor, Veterans Administration Support Department of Veterans Affairs (Contingent Position) Position Description: Sprezzatura Management Consulting LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in the Washington DC area, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across our services supporting the Veterans Administration. In this vital role, you will oversee the development and implementation of robust quality assurance practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and the mission of providing transparent and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control and Compliance: Establish and maintain a quality assurance program in line with industry best practices. Develop, define, and refine quality metrics, scoring parameters, and quality control resources. Apply expertise in quality assessment, control, and management to support various teams. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and quality standards. Play a pivotal role in project lifecycle management, ensuring quality from initiation to closure. Required Qualifications: BA/BS Degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in developing and implementing quality control methodologies. Proficiency in working with standard quality control methods and tools. Proven track record in the application of metrics to quality assessment. Strong knowledge of system and project lifecycles. Preferred Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Quality Assurance or a related field. Over eight (8) years of advanced experience in quality assurance and control methodologies. Experience in the Veterans Administration environment or similar federal agencies is highly desirable.
