Schedule: 1st shift

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000/yr.

Research & Development Staff responsibilities include conducting research and development activities to support the company's product development efforts of automotive products, mass production start-up support, procurement of localized parts, investigating market trends, layout control, and other duties as assigned.

  • Create and present necessary documents for customer meetings and in-house evaluation
  • Understand product specifications and share change point and critical points to affiliated departments.
  • Accommodate to technical requests from suppliers.
  • Familiarity in test equipment and implement trials/tests on specification and layout control
  • Collect information on automotive trends and new technology for technological strategy
  • Control product drawing

Qualifications: One year of experience in research and development, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be familiar with precision measuring tools, Microsoft suites, and PC.
