Registered Nurse FT and PRN

Georgia Home Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) case manager for our Valdosta, GA location with a passion for providing exceptional care. Full time and PRN positions available. Fulltime will primarily cover Berrien and Lanier counties. Job Description: Responsible for providing quality, comprehensive nursing care in client’s home. Participate in the development of the plan of care along with other Interdisciplinary team members and report to the clinical manager. Minimum Requirements: ● Valid RN license in the state of Georgia ● Current healthcare provider CPR and first aid certifications ● Access to insured and reliable transportation ● Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing ● Current driver’s license, access to insured and reliable transportation and acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience in one or more of the following: Home Health; Med/Surg; Pediatrics; Wound Care; and/or IV Therapy Georgia Home Health Services is an equal opportunity provider.
