Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

• Experience with PointClickCare is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 90 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

PT to work at 2 skilled and LTC facilities in Damariscotta and Boothbay Harbor maine.

Float between the 2 buildings.

Float Requirements: yes, position will float between Cove’s Edge in Damariscotta and St. Andrews Village in Boothbay Harbor

Must Have Skills/Experience: skilled/LTC/Geriatrics

Type of Patients on Unit: elderly long term care residents and skilled rehab short stay residents. Typically with acute on chronic conditions ie. CHF, COPD, Arthritis, falls/fracture, neurological, weakness

Scrub Color: can wear scrubs of any color or can wear khakis (pants) and collared shirt (no tshirts with logos or pictures)

Any unacceptable attire: jeans, shorts, hoodies, logos on clothes, no sweat pants
