Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to learn and understand all aspects of our financial operations
- Assist in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and financial analysis
- Support the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Participate in the preparation and distribution of invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Aid in monitoring accounts receivable aging and implementing strategies to minimize outstanding balances
- Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and cultivating vendor relationships
- Contribute to the analysis of profit/loss statements and offer insights to support decision-making
- Maintain meticulous financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements
Requirements:
- Experience and/or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; recent graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for financial management
- Proficiency with financial management software, including Foundation software, is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
