Title of Position: Banquet Sous Chef
Job Description: As our Banquet Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Executive Chef, assisting with food cost and inventory management while maintaining high culinary standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading, managing, and being accountable for kitchen operations during events and daily service. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting exceptional dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food safety standards are met, and meeting production goals. Your attention to detail and effective communication skills will help create a positive image of our Club while working alongside a team of passionate individuals who value collaboration and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • The Banquet Sous Chef must have a culinary degree or equivalent work experience in a high-end culinary establishment.
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, or similar role is required for the Banquet Sous Chef
  • The Banquet Sous Chef must have strong knowledge of food cost and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in computer software for recipe management, inventory tracking, and menu planning is a must for the Banquet Sous Chef
  • The Banquet Sous Chef must have the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
