Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation

Schibell Law LLC is expanding it's Workers Compensation department to keep up with our growing client base. As an associate of the firm, we are looking for a professional, motivated, well organized, self driven individual who has the ability to work independently and to collaborate with a team to provide Relentless Representation to our clients that seek justice. The prospective applicant must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar and be in good standing. Attorney responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage workers compensation file in all stages of the claim Perform new client intake interviews Attend in person conferences, video teleconferencing, settlement hearings and motion hearings. Be able and competent to take testimony and perform trial work Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with Clients, Judges, Respondent Attorneys, and Insurance Adjusters. Draft and file Interrogatories, Motions and Briefs as required Extensive client contact Assisting with high volume phone calls This is an in office position - NOT REMOTE Qualifications and Skills Admitted to the NJ Bar Association in good standing Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment Excellent organization and problem-solving skills Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Salary to commensurate with experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: Howell, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
