Location: Clifton, VA 

 

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents struggling with eating disorders? Clementine Twin Lakes and Clementine Fairfax, are exclusive residential treatment programs, and they are seeking dedicated Primary Therapists to be a part of our compassionate and multidisciplinary team.

Our focus is on equipping each adolescent with healthy skills and a profound understanding of how to lead a life that celebrates their unique individuality.

 

Position Overview:

 

Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a $10,000 sign-on bonus upon joining our team!

Work Schedule: Choose between a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

 

*Relocation support available

Responsibilities Include::
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy

  • Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers

  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management

  • Participating in discharge and aftercare planning

  • Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food

  • Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities

Qualifications::
  • Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum

  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful

  • Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
