As the Core Department Lead, you will be at the forefront of our production efforts, overseeing a team of dedicated assemblers to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of core operators to ensure production goals are met.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Train new employees in core production processes and equipment.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Lead/Supervisor in a Manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead by example, gain respect from team and communicate with clarity while demonstrating excellence in approach to work and people activities.
- Able to read blueprints & schematics and use measuring, pneumatic and hand tools.
- Able to lift 50 lbs., stand, kneel, bend and twist throughout shift.
- Able to lift 100 lbs. with assistance.
Pay:
Pay starts at $26.50
Schedule:
This is a full-time position on the 2nd shift, 1:30 pm-12:00 am with the possibility of overtime as needed.
