Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Guest Services Representative is primarily responsible for providing guests with information and recommendations while elevating the overall guest experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform daily opening/closing of the Guest Services desk, including but not limited to setting up merchandise, point-of-sale system, gift cards, and necessary supplies.
- Restock umbrellas and directories throughout the center.
- Exemplify the principles of the Easton Excellence program by providing unparalleled service that goes beyond the expectations of our guests.
- Maintain current knowledge of all Easton property locations, events, and happenings.
- Oversee the sales transactions of the Easton Gift card and Easton merchandise, educating and informing guests of these offerings when given the opportunity.
- Process Lost & Found items.
- Record guest tracking and comments.
- Respond to inquiries regarding the Easton Community Room and Community Booth and assist with booking.
- Support the Easton management Office Coordinator as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years prior experience in a Guest Services department, customer service-related role or a customer facing comparable industry experience.
- Working knowledge of the retail industry preferred.
- Experience with multi-line phone system, POS system, and other office equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
