Maximize your earning potential as Retail Sales Associate "Fit Expert" and earn $21.50 hour (Base of $17.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour). Responsibilities:

As a Retail Fit Expert, youll have the opportunity to learn more about your customers goals while welcoming new VIPs to the family!

This is a sales-based position and youll be given the tools and training to make you as successful as you want to be! Youll be measured by your customer service, punctuality and attendance, and your ability to consistently hit your sales goals.

• Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere every single day
• Ability to make your customers feel valued
• Desire to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST.
