Client in MN seeking CWHH-Physical Therapist (PT) to work Shift: M-F until shift is complete On call info: On call required if requested Travel Area: Eagan, Burnsville, Farmington, Lakeville, Rosemont primarily, however anywhere the branch services if there is nothing in that area. Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: Must have homecare experience, will not consider candidate without homecare experience.
