About The Role - Who You will Work With ...
SourceAmerica is searching for a Marketing Communications Manager to join its team, focused on marketing program management and client services. Responsible for cross functional programs and overseeing the day-to-day workflow and execution of assigned SourceAmerica projects and programs. Ensuring all work is produced on time, on budget, and on strategy. Must possess excellent relationship management skills, strong writing, and presentation skills, can think strategically, analytically, and creatively. This position helps connect our network of over 400 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) performs service and product contracts for Federal agencies and help employ over 30,000+ people with disabilities nationally. The ideal candidate will be based near SourceAmerica's National Office in Vienna, VA (greater-Washington, DC metro area).

What You Will Do ...

As a Marketing Communications Manager, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.

  • Manages, researches, develops, executes, and measures marketing campaigns and collaborates with internal stakeholders to set campaign goals and objectives.
  • Applies productive questioning skills to understand client goals and assesses information to uncover ways to deliver effective and efficient solutions to client objectives and challenges. Anticipates challenges and provides solutions.
  • Coordinates creative development and production of marketing materials, promotional items, collateral, and marketing outreach for print, video, digital and web for internal business partners.
  • Proficient at translating client goals and objectives into creative briefs and direction for the creative team.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.

Salary Range
The salary for this position falls in a range between $66,022 - $98,496 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

What We are Looking For ...

  • Associate degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
  • 5 years of Marketing and Communications experience.
  • Sound working knowledge and proficiency in branding, collateral creation, advertising, graphic design, video development, and print material management experience.
  • Experience with sales support and marketing automation, trade shows, or events marketing.
  • Experience working with project management systems and workflow tools to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

Preferred Bonus Points For...

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Experience working for a nonprofit in a marketing or communications function.
  • Advertising agency experience preferred.
  • We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes- experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.

Work Environment
Our organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek-as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements and one's proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area. The ideal candidate will be based near SourceAmerica's National Office in Vienna, VA (greater-Washington, DC area). This position has few travel requirements.
