Overview

The Maintenance Technician position will require electrical trouble shooting skills as well as an experienced mechanical aptitude. We are seeking qualified candidates with experience in packaging and equipment maintenance with an emphasis on electrical installation, PLC knowledge, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Troubleshoot / Maintain / Repair industrial equipment (Pneumatics, PLCs, Robotics, Hydraulics and Electrical components)

· Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

· Knowledge of robotics, robotic controls, and vision systems

· Basic programming knowledge with robotics systems

· Basic knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance is required

· Must be able to use basic electrical test instruments to include VOM multi-meter, clamp on ampere meter, and other basic test instruments

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Prior experience with pneumatics, PLCs, conveyers, and motors is preferred

· Ability to work independently and with a team while prioritizing tasks

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Wire welding experience
