Client Intake Specialist

This position is ideal for those who have honed their skills in sales, insurance, or the medical field, and are now looking to apply their knowledge in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Responsibilities: Screening leads through phone interactions. Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients, both in our office and at various offsite locations. Completing and explaining paperwork and procedures with new clients. Utilizing a company vehicle for business-related travel.
• Requirements: Ability to work some evenings and weekends on a rotational basis. Experience in sales, insurance, or medical fields is advantageous. Must pass a criminal background check and have a commendable driving record.  Residency within a reasonable driving distance to the Tulsa metro area.
