Travel Physical Therapist - $1,830 per week

Fiber Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Bayshore, Oregon.

Visits per week: 12-14/day (60 per week)
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
3 references required- one must be from direct supervisor

Fiber Staffing Job ID #1427. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
