As a key component of our Specialty Business Unit (SBU), within the Accident & Health division, TII provides travel protection plans to help each individual travel confidently. What you will do for C&F:

Reconcile daily cash & checks received in office
• Learn and develop skills for daily case management
• Compile daily credit card reconciliations to assure integrity of accounting data
• Support production accounting, acting as a back-up to team member
• Support QA testing for Finance and Accounting
• Provide accounting and analytical reports to support TII projects
• Serve as a backup to escheatment and chargeback processes
• Participate in Parent Company internship sessions and related seminars to gain a stronger understanding of the insurance industry

What you will bring to C&F:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance from an accredited college/university
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written
• Personal concern, interest, pride and accountability in all areas of responsibility
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The hourly pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $15.00 to a maximum of $25.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
