The Hampton Inn is currently seeking a full-time **Hotel Sales Manager** in Stow, Ohio.

**Pay:** Dependent on experience

**Responsibilities:**

* Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through various efforts

* Aggressively pursue qualified outside sales calls on new contacts

* Develop and continually enhance relationships with key accounts to maintain and increase our market share

* Maintain accurate and legible records and files to provide historical data

* Maintain consistent and timely verbal and written communication with clients

* Assist in developing an annual sales and marketing plan

* Identify marketing strategy for each market segment

* Analyze historical, current and future hotel trends, and market trends

* Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue to meet/exceed sales goals

**Requirements:**

* 3 or more years of past sales experience in a hotel setting

* Knowledge of hotel operations and competitive market

* Skills in Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook; Internet; experience with hotel reservation and revenue management systems
