Job Responsibilities

• Understand the real estate market by attending weekly meetings, training, and tracking local sales
• Prospect to potential home buyers and sellers
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and execute their goals
• Assist buyers in their home search process by taking them to home showings and open houses
• Educate sellers on best practices to maximize the home sale value
• Oversee inspections, reports, and disclosures on behalf of the escrow
• Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for client's best interests and provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

Requirements

• Active real estate license or willingness to complete training to obtain a real estate license
• Ability to work autonomously and self-effectively
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude for negotiation
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• A proven track record of sales is plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be 18+
