**Description**

We are seeking to fill key positions in our Retail department that greets and offers guests assistance with merchandise, while maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services offered at Nemacolin.

**We are now offering a $1,000 Sign On Bonus!!!** ($500 paid at 90 days of employment and $500 days paid at 6 months of employment).

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

Greeting guests and offering assistance with the merchandise.

Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services offered at Nemacolin.

Assisting guests with all of their shopping needs and ensuring that they receive assistance when needed.

Contacting clients on a regular basis in order to provide updates regarding sales promotions and special events.

Participating in departmental sales drives and special events.

Constructing and maintaining merchandise displays.

Operating POS system as needed.

Preparing gift bags and packing the merchandise for shipping purposes.

Balancing Micros reports and cash deposits.

Attending and participating in departmental meetings and training seminars.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Ability to maintain appropriate grooming standards according to organizational policy.
