**About the position**

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be the vital link between the car and the customer ensuring the customers experience *The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car*. Responding to sales leads and customer inquiries, you'll provide the info customers need through video, text, phone calls, and in-person, in order for the customer to make the decision to buy a car. HoneyCar's simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Sales Associate and the customer! **No sales experience required! We will train the right candidate for the job!**

**The salary for this position is based off of individual performance, on average this position ranges from $50,000-$100,000**

**Qualifications**

* **Sales experience not required**

* Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday

* Excellent customer service skills

* Be a great communicator with customers and team members
