Regional Property Manager

Responsibilities:

3. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the region, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial goals.
4. Property Operations: Monitor property operations to ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.
5. Tenant Relations: Foster positive tenant relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and implementing resident retention programs.
6. Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to maintain property aesthetics and functionality at the highest standard.
7. Marketing and Leasing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective leasing strategies, maximize occupancy, and enhance property visibility in the market.
8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive maintenance, safety measures, and insurance protocols.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site management role.
3. Proven track record of success in managing luxury apartment communities and achieving financial targets.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
8. Flexibility to travel within the region and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
9. Industry certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) are a plus.
