Childcare Assistant Director

Kool Kidz World is in search of a full time Assistant Director. Kool Kidz Assistant Director will work Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm. Must be available Monday through Friday from open to close. You must also be available late-night hours, Saturday and/ or Sundays for trainings and events.   If you are interested in joining our team, send your resume to koolkidzworld@comcast.net.   

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists and supports Director in all aspects of management. 
• Responsible for oversight of the facility in the Directors absence
• Compliance with licensing and all federal and state laws as well as company policies and procedures.
• Strengthens Families 
• Organized
• Assists in planning activities and actively participating.
• Performs all duties of a teacher or cook.
• Rotations - staff observation.
• Helps train and support staff.
• Creative Curriculum implementation 
• Maintain classrooms, outdoor area and any communal area- making sure it's a safe place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience
• Must have experience working in a childcare facility.
• Demonstrates a proven history of strong leadership.
• State licensing requirements.
• Pleasant/friendly, upbeat demeanor and an outgoing personality
• Professional, Positive, Friendly and reliable
• Must be able to lift.
