Medical Receptionist

Your new role as the medical receptionist:

• Greets patients in the facilities and over the phone.
• Assists doctors, nurses, and patients.
• Schedules doctors' appointments for patients.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
• Prepares medical files.
• Maintains and keeps patient information confidential

What matters most as the medical receptionist:

• Monday – Friday Daytime Hours 
• Pay starting at $17.25 hr
• Benefits in a Card: 3 medical plans, dental and vision
• Additional benefits such as: group accident, critical illness w/ cancer benefits, short-term disability, behavioral health, term life, and identity theft
• Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card

Requirements for the medical receptionist:

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years medical receptionist experience is required
