```Duties```
- Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients according to recipes and specifications
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately using basic math skills
- Monitor mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of the product
- Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired results
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Perform routine maintenance on mixing equipment to ensure proper functioning

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a food production role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring and weighing ingredients accurately
- Mechanical and maintenance knowledge to operate and adjust mixing equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines (e.g., CGMP)
- Ability to handle food products safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Required qualifications:
