Front Desk - Full-time

Location: Wichita Falls, TX 

 

Position: Front Desk Coordinator 

Salary: $14.00/HR

Schedule: Office hours are 8:00 to 5:30 Monday-Thursday | 8:00 to 4:00pm on Fridays 

 

Job Description

A local Wichita Falls company is searching for a Front Desk Coordinator who will have core responsibilities in a diverse range of administrative support needs. Customer service, attention to detail, and precise documentation skills are integral traits for this position. Candidates must also have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

 

Job duties:

• Fast-paced work environment with a variety of tasks
• Scheduling Patients
• Obtaining and documenting insurance information
• Answering multi-line phone.

 

What we look for:

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Type 30+ words per minute
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects
