Cashier Server

Greet in-house/ drive thru customers immediately and appropriately with a smile and upbeat attitude.

Verify float at the start and end of shift.

Accurately process customers’ orders, transactions, and issue receipts.

Accurately reconcile payments (cards, cash, etc.) at the end of each shift.

Answer the telephone promptly with company’s script in a professional and friendly manner.

Ensure the dining room and server stations are always clean.

Ensure that shelves are fully stocked, cleaned, and well displayed.

Assist customers with food selection and upsell additional items.

Be passionate about providing service to customers and ensuring each experience is of the highest quality.

Always ensure clean and well displayed food stations.

Always maintain food handling and safety according to company’s standard.

Communicate with Supervisor and kitchen team on items to be replenished.

Maintain excellent personal grooming and appearance according to company’s standard.

Serve customers meals according to the restaurant’s guidelines.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
