Position Responsibilities

• Partner with colleagues on the Costpoint product management team to define and manage the functional roadmap for Costpoint in the following areas. Costpoint Projects, Subcontractor Management, Multicurrency, Multi-company and support Costpoint Contracts module.
• Engage closely with Customers to define and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements
• Develop business case justification for building / acquiring / partnering key new features, modules or solutions
• Work with Engineering to transform requirements into compelling product enhancements
• Work with the Program Management Office (PMO) to drive and manage incremental release plans to achieve roadmap vision
• Work with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and to enable the Sales and Service teams to maximize the impact the product enhancements
• Actively participate in product launch including early adopter programs to gauge user adoption and providing internal training
• Support sales and account management with prospect development and pursuits including assisting with RFP responses and proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hand's-on Costpoint experience with a strong understanding of Costpoint Projects, Multicurrency, Multi-company, Subcontractor Management and Contracts module.
• Deep knowledge of Costpoint and Government Contracting accounting rules, regulations and GAAP
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate and present clearly to executives one on one and in groups of varying size
• Proven success developing and delivering large scale projects on-time and on-budget
• Methodical thinker that knows how to dissect complex problems to develop practical solutions
• Strong collaboration skills
• Product Management experience is a plus. Experience with Product Roadmap Software a plus
