Hospital Pharmacy Services Director - Full-time / Part-time

The team at this beloved medical center is seeking an energetic, personable, engaging leader who comes prepared with progressive leadership experience in acute care pharmacy services, along with a go-getter, can-do attitude.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Director Pharmacy Services will oversee the main hospital site, along with a free-standing emergency department, managing all daily and long-term operations for the two sites. The Director will create a positive work environment for the team of 40 employees and 2 direct reports, including an Inpatient Pharmacy Services Manager and Pharmacy Operations Manager. The Director of Pharmacy will work closely with the Pharmacy Residency Program Director, collaborating to foster an environment of professional growth and career development.

This 275+ bed short-term acute care hospital and free-standing emergency department have been proudly providing care to patients in the surrounding community for over 100 years. Medical services offered include Advanced Cardiovascular Services, 24-hour Emergency Services, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Adult and Neonatal Intensive Care, Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology Services, and Outpatient Rehab. This hospital and designated Trauma Center has also recently achieved an award for excellence in nursing.
