• Join our team of professional drivers dedicated to getting students to and from school safely 
• Drivers enjoy the support of our industry leading technology to guide them through their daily routes 

• Prioritize vehicle maintenance by conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections 
• Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus  

Qualifications  

• Good verbal communication skills  
• At least 21 years old  
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years  
• Be subject to a drug screen and physical

  • We have several part-time positions available.
• How many hours a week will I work?
  • All positions are providing 30 or more hours per week.
• Can I drive for my child’s school?
  • It depends on the route assignment. However, it can be arranged with other drivers for CCSD students.
• Is there other work available besides regular bus routes?
  • Yes, field trips and charter event trips for bus drivers are available.
• What is the rate of pay?
  • is $12.50 per hour.
• Can I take my bus home with me?
  • No, park outs are not authorized.
• Do I get benefits? 
  • Benefits are available for all employees.
• Do you provide training?
  • Yes, we provide all the training to obtain a CDL.
• Do you pay for training?
  • Yes, CDL Training is at $15.00 per hour. Monitor training is $10.00 per hour.
• When do I get my first check?
  • After the first week of training.
