**Duties:**
* Instruct classes at various locations
* Educate Members of proper usage and techniques
* Identify risk factors and design specialized strength and conditioning programs for members
* Provides maintenance suggestions and recommendations
* Ensures equipment is clean and in proper working order
* Maintains the standards and policies of the wellness center
**Qualifications:**
* Group Exercise generic or specific certification
* Outgoing personality
* CPR/AED and First Aid Certification preferred
* Computer knowledge and skills preferred
* Must possess a sound physical condition and be able to lift and pull equipment of 50lbs or more
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written
* Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
