**About Tong Leadership Academy**

is a state-of-the-art secondary school for 11 to 18 year olds in Bradford. We joined Star Academies in 2016 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

**You will have:**

* Possess a City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or NVQ catering equivalent (Level 1 and 2)

* Experience of supervising staff

* Experience of preparing, cooking and serving food for large numbers, including the ability to scale recipes up and down to suit varying numbers.

* Awareness of dietary requirements for catering.

* Ability to work unsupervised to produce nutritious, economical, well presented meals of good quality.
