**What you'll do**

Assist Food & Beverage Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all front of house employees in our day to day needs. Always stay positive and upbeat with customers and co-workers. Must have the ability to make decisions quickly, the ability to type and enter info into micros and the ability to enter report info into a desktop.

* Supervises Front of House employees to insure outlets are running smoothly and make changes where needed.

* Ensure that all employees are here and accounted for and that no outlet is short of staff.

* Maintain a favorable working relationship with employees to promote a positive relationship.

* Communicate with employees on any concerns with performance, productivity and accountability issues.

* Represents the company in high standards when handling any customer complaints.

* Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by employees.

* Control all beer, liquor and wine inventories.

* Assist in counting monthly inventory for all bars.

* Put together any alcohol orders.

* Ensure that all Materials are posted for specials or special events.

* Check on employees to ensure they are in and out according to their schedules.

* Ensure all Front of House employees are in proper uniforms.

* Assist in any meeting that may be scheduled.

* Ensure that all cleaning lists are being followed.

* Help manage day to day operations.

* Makes sure all side work is completed.

**Skills you'll need**

* The ability to work and communicate with the general public, members of the team and all management.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* The ability to remain calm under pressure.

* Ability to lead and motivate staff.
