**Description**

Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (NP) is the global developer, manufacturer and marketer of pre-moistened wipes for the consumer market, specializing in personal care, hygiene, household cleaning and disinfection products. We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team!

**POSITION PURPOSE**

This position is responsible for the safe and effective movement of freight between the Jonesboro Production Facility and the Lincoln Distribution Center.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**

- Perform daily inspections of all Nice-Pak trailers.

- Perform daily inspection of yard tractor.

- Perform basic upkeep to tractors, i.e. grease fifth wheel plate, clean inside of cab with disinfectant wipes, refueling.

- Schedule maintenance and repairs with leasing company for both tractors and trailers.

- Responsible for the safe and effective m ovement of Finished Goods and Raw Material between the Jonesboro Production Facility and the Lincoln Distribution building and not deviate from established routes.

- Responsible for the safe operation of the yard tractor as required by supervision.

- Follow work direction and assist with projects at the warehouse when there is downtime between loads to include yard moves and yard checks.

- Maintain organized trailer lots at both facilities. Follow visual methods assigned by supervision.

- May be required to work extended hours due to business needs.

- Perform warehouse specific tasks as needed (including WIT, WO1 or WO2 functions subject to prior training and certification of these functions).

- Perform other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Include minimum qualifications for formal training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or working experience. Identify the level of knowledge; skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required to perform the essential job responsibilities and duties competently.

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:**

High School Diploma, GED. Or equivalent experience.

Active Class A CDL Required.

Current DOT Physical Required

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:**

Must be familiar with current DOT rules and Regulation

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

One year over-the-road experience with tractor-trailer required

**SKILLS/ABILITIES:**

Driving, parking and backing up with a 53 trailer

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.
