Production Team Lead - Full-time / Part-time

Our client in Akron. NY is seeking a Production Team Lead to join their team. As a Production Team Lead, you will be part of the Leadership supporting safety, quality and productivity of the department. The ideal candidate will lead by proactively resolving employee issues, building team work and ensuring adherence which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Team Lead

Location: Akron, NY

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Provide effective leadership to mill employees
• Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing in compliance with company goals
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Maintain record keeping
• Coaching employees to meet company and individual goals

What’s Needed?

• 2 years experience working in manufacturing
• 2 years experience with supervisory or key leadership role working in a related environment
• Must maintain a valid NYS License
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
