RN Case Manager (PRN)

Under the general supervision of the Case Management Director acts as a patient advocate/case manager to hospital clients. An autonomous role that coordinates, negotiates, procures services and resources for, and manages the care of complex patients to facilitate achievement of quality and cost efficient patient outcomes.  

Minimum Education
X Bachelor’s degree X Preferred

Minimum Education
X Healthcare Professional with degree in Health Science X Required

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
