Maintenance Technician

Shift: 1st Shift

Salary: $41,600 to $66,560 per year based on Experience

The ideal candidate will drive productivity enhancements and contribute to equipment quality improvements. They will possess expertise in equipment engineering (MC/NC/Robot/Machining), adept at training production leaders, and proficient in creating SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate productivity data and implement company plans.
• Organize problem point C/M sheets and conduct weekly training for Team Leaders.
• Collaborate with production managers on defect items and execute daily company activities.
• Compile Before & After data on company sheets for productivity meetings.
• Conduct 5S activities and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures while communicating with team members.

Requirements:

• Two-to-four-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' facility and equipment maintenance experience required.
• Proficiency in plant electrical, mechanical, PLC, HVAC, hydraulics, compressed air systems, pneumatics, data entry (Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, work flexible hours, withstand temperature extremes, and occasional travel may be required.
