About the Position:

An Account Manager supports a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customers, developing new leads, seeking sales opportunities with past customers, preparing reports on sales, predicting a client's needs, and answering customer questions and concerns.

Candidates who can work on-site or in a hybrid work environment based out of Hollywood, Florida will be prioritized.

Epic Physician Staffing focuses on the placement of advanced practitioners and physicians in the Operating Room and Surgical Suite.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and operate as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client.
  • Extensive out-bound sales calls.
  • Client mapping and identifying decision makers.
  • Present candidate submissions in a timely manner and work with client to expedite interviews and offers, in order to meet and exceed department performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate division and company goals.
  • Cultivate close professional relationships with client contacts to understand their individualized needs and manage client expectations.
  • Confer with clients and company officials to monitor the quality of services provided and to resolve complaints.
  • Monitor market conditions and activities of competitive firms to ensure competitive pricing and provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Partner with the internal recruiting team to fulfill each client's individual requests.
  • Contact clients/prospects (in person, by phone, via email) to uncover new business opportunities, and explain the benefits as well as competitive advantages of the SBU.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Two years of experience selling staffing, products and or services to Senior Management level individuals at hospitals.
  • Experience in strategic selling, major account/national account development, contract negotiation, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Salary: $65,000 + commission
