Maintenance (Grounds/Mowing) Event Staff - Watkins Glen

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Operate equipment of all types as directed and maintain equipment as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the facility.
* Maintain landscaped areas as required to achieve desired results in the overall appearance of the facility.
* Clean grounds, including but not limited to, removal of trash and litter, year-round.
* Operate equipment of all types as directed and maintain equipment as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of facility.
* Hang and dismantle signage, banners, etc., as needed.
* Dig ditches with a shovel, trencher, and/or backhoe.
* Repair tools, water lines, fences, gates, walls, walkways, and buildings and perform necessary general maintenance as directed.

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, and/or QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 18 years of age.
* Valid Driver's License.
* Successfully pass a driving record check. (Preferred, not required).
* Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
* Reliable transportation to and from the track location.
