Flagship Car Wash has been in business for over 30 years. We have over 41 locations throughout Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia with plans to double in size over the next year. Flagship is owned by Spotless Brands which has 3 additional carwash brands with over 150 locations through the US.

Your Role in the Car Care Crusade:

Commander of Cleanliness:

• Lead your crew members in the art of washing and polishing automobiles with precision and panache.
• Keep a keen eye on inventory levels, ensuring we're always stocked up on the essentials for a gleaming finish.
• Wow customers with your charm as you provide quotes for services and handle payments with finesse.

Culture Creator Extraordinaire:

• Be the architect of an environment that's not just about work but about fun, competition, and safety. After all, a happy crew makes for happy cars!
• Develop your team members, helping them shine brighter than a freshly waxed hood, all while ensuring everyone plays by the rules.

Master of Maintenance Mayhem:

• Keep our equipment in tip-top shape, inspecting for wear and tear and arranging for repairs when needed.
